Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
A: All orders include free Shipping. We ship anywhere in New Zealand. If you are based in a remote area, we will contact you to make necessary arrangements.
Q: HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
A: We Ship from Wellington, New Zealand. Surrounding areas takes 1-3 working days. South Island can take 2-5 working days.
Q: CAN I COME TO FIT THE SHOES?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t facilitate walk-ins.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: No, currently we only service New Zealand.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: KAALFÖÖT accepts all major brands of payment including Visa, MasterCard, facilitated through the secure online payment portal, Shopify Payments or alternative payment via POLi. We also accept EFT's. Please note EFT payments does take up to 48hours to clear.
Q: I DO NOT WANT TO PUT ON OTHER SHOES WHEN I GO TO WORK, WHAT DO I DO?
A: You can go to work with them, you will not be the first one to go to work with your Kaalfööt Kicks.
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHOES, IF THE SIZE IS INCORRECT?
A: Yes, you can. Send us an email to info@kaalfoot.co.nz. We will send you an exchange form to complete. Our complete policy is available on our website. We do exchange within 14 days of purchase. No exchanges of TOTS sizes (22-35).
Q: HOW CAN I WASH MY KAALFÖÖT KICKS?
A: Use only cold temperatures. Set your washing machine to the quick wash or delicate setting. Use any detergent, no softener. No tumble drying and no warm temperatures, these can damage your shoes. Hang them outside, or put them on a towel to dry. Put shoes and insoles separately as this will cut down on the drying time.
Q: I’VE LOST THE INSOLE OF MY SHOE, WHAT DO I DO?
A: Please send us an email at info@kaalfoot.co.nz. We will send you a form to complete for the invoice. You will be liable for the shipping cost and the cost of extra insole. Insoles are only $5 for a single.
Q: DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
A: Of course! The more you buy, the more you save. Orders of more than 10 shoes qualify for discount. Contact us at info@kaalfoot.co.nz for an accurate volume-based price.
Q: CAN I PERSONALIZE MY KAALFÖÖT KICKS?
A: We can add a logo or name on request. Minimum order of 6 pairs. Send us an email at info@kaalfoot.co.nz for the required specifications. Take note: You will not be able to qualify for any Returns, exchanges and/or Refunds when choosing to personalize your Kaalfööt Kicks.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?
A: No, we don’t have any minimums, you can order as many or as few shoes as you’d like. We do however offer bulk discounts for orders of 10 pairs and more, so the more you purchase the more you can save.
